Experience
In 2020, I co-founded my first "startup", an AI chatbot that analyzed forum websites to find solutions to Apple-related tech problems. We launched on Product Hunt in June 2021.
During Covid, I joined Belmont Free Lessons, an effort to provide free virtual education to middle schoolers during quarantine. There, I taught a class on machine learning, covering topics like linear regression, NLP, neural networks, and cluster analysis.
As a newly elected programming lead of my town's robotics team, I managed a team of 4 programmers, developing an autonomous navigation system which helped our team win a seasonal tournament and compete at the NE district championship for the first time in our history.
Under Profs. David Thesmar & Emil Verner at MIT Sloan, I built a set of error prediction and information processing tools to speed up my team's task of creating a dataset of financial information using OCR. These tools increased data handling speed for interns in my team by about 5x.
At IPR Advisors, I created a set of tools to automate the collection of mutual, index, and equity fund holdings data using web-scraping. These tools enabled a ~10x increase in data-aggregation speed for other interns.
Under the Arch (entrepreneurship) branch of ISBE, I developed ML-powered athlete form analysis software for Sports SensAI.
For our project at the Northwestern branch of IEEE, my team built CTECS.nu, a ChatBot that provides students with real-time access to Northwestern course information. To achieve this, we developed a suite of web scraping tools to gather data from university websites and designed a custom RAG pipeline to translate natural language queries into relevant course data.
At PathCision, I'm leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning models to develop intuitive tools that enable rapid system deployment from minimal data in biotech applications.
